I applied for US visa in 2002 with my girlfriend by then and we were declined. The reason was that we might escape and never be back again (although that I travelled to UK and France about 4 times prior to that). I then travelled to UK and studies there for about 4 years got married to a British lady and moved back to Egypt (2006) without claiming any immigration statues. I also travelled to most of Europe ,Fareast and Canada within the past 10 years. Last week I went to apply for USA visa again. And I was told that I’m on some sort of visa permanent ineligibility because when I applied last time I stated (which I’ve never done ) that my girlfriend then paid me to pretend to be her fiancée (I don’t know why she would because I can’t see any add value to her by doing so) and I did the same 10 times with the British embassy (which did and still granting me visas) and I was just there for charismas and New year. The story is false and meaningless and I don’t know why should someone claim that (if I was fraud would I confess that in a visa interview) and its causing me a massive amount of frustration and is effecting me so bad and I don’t know what exactly to do.
