Open Question: Where Should I go in Europe?

I am looking for somewhere to go in Europe for about 2 weeks. I've already been to Spain and Italy and I don't want to go to England, Germany or France because I am saving going there for another time with friends. I want to go to a place where I can spend 2 weeks there and be occupied with many things to see without having to do too much travel though I am open to going to a city and taking a short train ride (2-3 hours) to another city to stay. I don't really want to go anywhere in eastern Europe unless you can convince me that I must go. I am also kind of shying away from Ireland because I am thinking of going with friends at some point but if you really think it has tons to do please tell me. Thanks a lot.
